#1 Magical Mystery Tour
While it isn't considered an official Beatles album by many people fans as it was originally released as an EP in the UK in 1967 however the US version with the extra previously released singles padded to make it album length may be the now the official version. It is the Beatles most purposefully "psychedelic" album. It represents The Beatles at their most experimental inside the studio (just take a look at "I Am The Walrus" & "Blue Jay Way" for proof.) I also find songs like "You're Mother Should Know" being quite psychedelic. It's just so away from left field. If you're a Ween fan (and you should be) I do believe you should make note why these sorts of Paul McCartney weird genre workouts were very influential on Ween (see also "When I'm 64" & "Honey Pie.")
#2 Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band
It is really an album that's intended to be listened to as an album once you learn what I mean. I could goes song titles like "Lucy on the horizon with Diamonds" but I think it's best to just listen to the album overall and really try to take it in. There's a reason it absolutely was considered so ground-breaking in 1967. And while it may be hard to understand the context of '67 when you listen to the album today, will still be exceptionally good music that genuinely does take the listener over a "trip." I mean just think about the fact that this album goes from "Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite" to "Within You Without You" to "When I'm 64" one by one. It would be hard to find three songs which are more different from the other person in style yet they somehow all fit together. This is true musical genius.kirko bangz type beat
#3 The White Album
Some would say that The White Album was The Beatles retreat from psychedelic music however would say that people who say that are misreading things quite a bit. I don't consider The White Album to be a retreat in anyway. It's further expansion of the themes these were already exploring. This album is filled for the brim with mind blowing songs like "Happiness can be a Warm Gun," "Dear Prudence," "Helter Skelter," & "Revolution #9."
Things i think is really psychedelic concerning the White Album is how there are 30 tracks about it and almost every one sounds like they are from some other band in some other world but somehow simultaneously they all sound like The Beatles. Like a side note; I consider The White Album to be the greatest album of all time - psychedelic or not.
